HOTEL HALE POLICIES

Welcome to the Hotel Hale. We are an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important to us and special to us. We would like to review a few of the policies and procedures of our property. As our hotel guest , by reading and signing your hotel registration you are agreeing to abide by all our Hotel Policy/House Rules, terms and conditions and procedures.

In the unlikely event you must cancel with less than 5 days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made. If you have to cancel with more than 5 days notice you will be issued a refund less $35 processing fee per room per night of the reservation. For Guests reserving a room during the Solar Eclipse in April 2024, the 4 night minuimum with arrival on Friday, April 5 and departure on Tuesday, April 9, 2024 cannot be cancelled and no refund is available regardless of your situation. Guest must acknowledge this provision prior to their reservation being considered finalized.

Check-In Time: 3:00pm

Early check-in is offered based on availability. If you require a guaranteed check-in for arrival prior to 3pm. An additional day use fee will be charged. Please contact front desk staff directly to make arrangements.


100% Smoke Free. While the National Park Service prohibits smoking within Park, smoking is permitted on the public sidewalk outside the perimeter of Hotel Hale. In addition, no open flames vaping, hookahs, cooking, or incense are permitted in Hotel Hale or on the grounds of the hotel. Violation of the smoking policies will result in a $500 Cleaning Fee and may lead to your removal of the property with you being held responsible for your entire reservation.

In the event a key is lost, stolen or unreturned there will be a $35 charge for replacement.

Room Occupancy: All rooms are rated for double occupancy with the exception of the Quapaw and Fordyce which are rated for 4 guest. There is a $24 per night per person charge for additional guest in excess of 2 guest.


No pets. Service animals are permitted but can not be left unattended. Please call for help in making arrangements to board your pet.

Maid service will only be provided upon request. We value your privacy. If you would like your room to be serviced please place your “maid service, please” door hanger on the outside of the door.

Bike Storage: We cater to the cycling enthusiast. As such, we will be establishing a secured bike closet with a security camera in the basement of the hotel. Please bring your personal lock or we can provide one for you with a small deposit. Bikes are not allowed in the overnight rooms.

Room Technology: In addition to telephone service, Hotel Hale provides for free Wi-Fi service for overnight guests separate from that which is offered to the general public. We also provide hard wired internet connection in each room. Many of our rooms come with multiple USB ports to connect your devices.

If you require a late check-out please contact the front desk prior to the day of your departure and we will do our best to accommodate your request. A charge may apply for late check-out.

Damage and/or Theft of Hotel Property: You are liable for any damage however caused (whether by deliberate, negligent, or reckless act ) to room(s) , hotel’s premises or property caused by you or any person in your party whether or not staying at the hotel during your stay. Hotel Hale reserves the right to retain your credit card and/or debit card details as presented at registration and charge the credit /debit card such amounts as it shall in its sole discretion deem necessary to compensate or make good the cost or expenses incurred or suffered by Hotel Hale as a result of the aforesaid. Should this damage come to light after the guest departed, we reserve the right and you hereby authorize us to charge you credit/debit card for any damage incurred during your stay, including and without limitations for all property damage, missing or damaged items, smoking fee, cleaning fee, guest compensation, etc. Guest rooms found with waste strewn around, bodily fluids, and/or “trashed” will be subjected to maintenance deep cleaning fee, administration fee and/or third party fees We will make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to contracting a specialist to make the repairs, and therefore will make every effort to keep costs that the guest would incur to a minimum.


Valet Service. Hotel Hale shall not assume liability for auto accessories or articles left in the car. No liability shall be assumed by Hotel Hale for loss or damage by fire, theft or any other cause, while in custody of the hotel. Management will not be responsible for any damage reported after the vehicle has left the premises.

AUTO-COLLECT
At the time of booking, $140.00 will be collected. Payment for all retail items and gift certificates will also be collected. Applies to: all reservations.


CHILDREN & PETS
Children are welcome with an accompanying adult. Pets are not allowed.
